5. Intellectual Property

Content you create using Novinax remains your intellectual property. However, you grant Novinax a limited license to process your input data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Novinax retains all rights to its software, algorithms, and platform.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Novinax is produced using artificial intelligence and should be treated as a draft or starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all generated content before submission or publication. Novinax does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Novinax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to academic consequences, publication rejections, or reputational harm.

8. Subscription and Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and refund policies are detailed on our Pricing page. Novinax reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
